Starting next month, bConnected will begin working with mailing list owners to migrate mailing lists from CalMail to Google Groups as part of our move from CalMail to Google Apps for Education
Google is making it easier to navigate lengthy, complex documents with an outline tool in Google Docs on the web and Android.
Displayed in a pane to the left of the page, the outline features headers for each section of your document, making it simple to quickly jump from section to section. If you haven’t manually applied headers, no worries—we’ll do it for you, intelligently detecting the logical divisions within your work. You can then edit or remove these headers as necessary.
The bConnected team has identified roughly 1,000 active mailing lists that are currently without owners. Starting today we will begin outreach to these lists by way of list moderators, administrators, or subscribers when no moderator or administrator exists. Impacted lists will receive a direct communication from bConnected with instructions for identifying a new owner.

The bConnected team sent communication to the remainder of individual end users needing to move from the CalMail SMTP server. Impacted users will need to update their outgoing mail settings by March 22, 2016.

This follows Google's launch from last September, where a revamped Google Forms was released as opt-in-only until additional features and functionality could be added. Once launched, Form creators will be redirected to the new Google Forms whenever they create a new Google Form. To opt-out, users may click the “running man” icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
Here’s a summary of the latest improvements:

This weekend, a minor configuration change was made to the bCourses-CalNet integration. Unfortunately, this change has resulted in a small number of bCourses users receiving a "Failed to Log In" error message when attempting to access any course or project site.
Most people affected by this error can regain access to bCourses by clearing their browser cache and cookies (making sure to delete all stored data, not just the most recent cache/cookies). However, an extremely small number of bCourses users are reporting that these steps do not resolve their login issues.
