In order to maintain the highest security standards, promote the safety of customers' data, and align with industry-wide best practices, Box will disable the TLS 1.0 encryption protocol across all Box services on June 15, 2018. This generally affects older versions of Box Sync, Box Drive, and Box Edit. The bConnected Box Service team will contact any users who have used tools that use the TLS 1.0 encryption protocol within the past 30 days.
