CalShare will have scheduled maintence in order to enhance the "Share" or "People Picker" functionality; the work will take place on Saturday, January 16th from 7am-7pm.
After the maintence, the service will include the following:
- The ability to search for users based on multiple attributes. *attributes need to exist in Campus Active Directory
- The ability to send an email to users when sharing content or providing access to site content.
There will be outages to the production site during this maintenance window. However, read access will be available on the Disaster Recovery Site. If you require write access to CalShare during the maintenance window, please send an email to cal_share@berkeley.edu with the URL to your site. The CalShare team will work to make the needed changes to your site collections a higher priority.
