CalMail mailing lists will no longer function after January 25, 2017. Please migrate any remaining CalMail lists that you still have a need for.
Before you migrate
Take time to familiarize yourself with information found on the bConnected Lists service page, particularly about posting permissions, which differ from the way CalMail mailing lists worked. Find out how to update settings after you’ve migrated, and other FAQs.
When should I migrate my list?
- Choose a convenient time to migrate your list(s) when you anticipate low traffic and you have time to adjust settings as needed.
- If you manage lists that are built from other lists (“Lists-within-Lists”), please review our “Groups-within-Groups” documentation to plan your migration. If you want to create centrally-managed lists, you may wish to wait for the CalGroups integration (phased roll-out now scheduled for late summer).
- If you no longer have a need for the list, please delete it!
